Sunday before Memorial Day - Au Gres VFW Memorial Day Parade. Parade starts at 1:00 PM at North Main Street (behind Bopp-Busch Manufacturing) and proceeds down US-23 ending at Au Gres-Sims High School for ceremony. |

JULY
Last Full Weekend of July - Au Gres Car Cruisers Car Cruise & Show. Cruise starts on Saturday, from Michigan Avenue, down US-23 and ending at Au Gres City Pavilion for dancing, music and fun. Car Show held on Sunday, at the Au Gres City Pavilion. Also this weekend, the annual Arts & Craft Show held at the Au Gres VFW Hall and the Au Gres-Sims Fire Department Walleye Tournament. |

AUGUST
1st Saturday of the Month- the annual Au Gres Pirates Festival. Festival is held at the Au Gres Harbor of Refuge off of Water Street in downtown Au Gres. All day events planned including a walk-run, raft race, costume contests, kids games, entertainment and bands through the day.

SEPTEMBER
Au Gres-Sims Homecoming Parade. Parade starts at Au Gres City Pavilion, down US-23 and ending at Au Gres-Sims School for festival and Homecoming Football Game at Au Gres-Sims High School. |

OCTOBER
Halloween Hallow - The City gets festive for fall with the annual lamp post decorating contest sponsored by the Au Gres Area Chamber of Commerce for the whole month of October. |

NOVEMBER
Last Saturday of the month (following Thanksgiving), the annual Au Gres Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Tree Lighting & Parade. Parade starts on Michigan Avenue, down US-23 and ending at Au Gres City Pavilion for visit with Santa, hot chocolate and prizes. |
